Man Utd ready to move for Real Madrid midfielder

Manchester United are prepared to move for Real Madrid midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni on one condition, according to Manchester Evening News.

The Red Devils are preparing to strengthen their midfield department and have earmarked Tchouameni as one of their prime transfer targets.

Tchouameni has been a vital player for the La Liga giants over the years, but there is a possibility that he could depart if a marquee replacement is found.

Amidst this, it is claimed that United are keeping tabs on the former Monaco man and are ready to make an approach if Madrid give the green light.

United would still need to make a huge outlay for the player as Los Blancos could hold out for more than 100 million pounds to sanction his departure.

They could face fierce competition as well with Liverpool also keen on adding a marquee midfielder to their ranks for the 2026/27 season.

Tchouameni has kept quiet regarding his future, but has not ruled out a departure. He would be open to moving to the Premier League.
