Arsenal handed boost in Vinicius pursuit?

Arsenal have been handed a potential boost in the pursuit of Real Madrid winger Vinicius Junior this summer.
The Gunners are determined to land a marquee left winger despite the acquisition of Christos Tzolis from Club Brugge.
Vinicius has been earmarked as the prime target but a deal depends on him turning down a renewal at Real Madrid.
ESPN Brasil now reveal that the 26-year-old has yet to be convinced to commit to a new deal beyond June next year.
He has been offered £17m per year but he is reportedly eyeing around £21m per year to commit his future to Los Blancos.
Madrid don't plan to return with an improved proposal, which means the attacker could be sold for a premium fee soon.
Arsenal have already held positive talks with the player's entourage and remain optimistic of winning the race for him.
It could take a British record fee of £137m to land the Brazilian ace, who managed 36 goal contributions for Madrid last term.
