Bent snubs Black Cats

Roy Keane has reportedly missed out on the signature of Darren Bent, after the Tottenham frontman reportedly rejected the opportunity of a move to Sunderland.

Darren Bent was lined up as a £12 million signing by the Black Cats, but the player has decided to stay at White Hart Lane and battle for a first-team spot.

It is understood that Juande Ramos could still have an important role for the forward man to play next season for the Lilywhites.
