Arsenal chase Kuzmanovic

Arsenal are reportedly in discussions with Fiorentina regarding a potential transfer for Serbia international Zdravko Kuzmanovic. The Gunners are believed to have lodged an 8 million offer for the former Basel midfielder.

The 21 year old is regarded as one of the finest young players in Serie A, and is would be ready to make a move to another club to prove his potential.

The Gunners are in discussions with Zenit over the transfer of Russian international Andrei Arshavin; but if a deal collapses, apparently Kuzmanovic has emerged as another target for Arsene Wenger.

The player has been a full international for his country for almost two years, and the Gunners are likely to have some competition for the player's signature, with Liverpool and Real Madrid also interested.
