Spurs defender joins Southend !

Tottenham youngster Dorian Dervite joined Southend United on a loan deal.

The Spurs have announced that 20 year old Dorian Dervite has joined Southend United on loan until the end of the season.

The 6'4" defender has represented France in the U-15 to U-19 teams being a regular and being captain on occasions

He debuted for the Spurs in 2006 in a Carling Cup match against Port Vale which Tottenham won 3-1.

He also played for the Spurs in the UEFA Cup group stage match against Dinamo Zagreb. The french youth is a born leader and had been the captain of the Tottenham Reserves..
