Giovani dos Santos' proposed move from Tottenham to Portsmouth has reportedly fallen through as the player is not considered match fit by Tony Adams and his fitness team.

The Mexican is expected to stay at White Hart Lane, despite Harry Redknapp's eagerness to let the former Barcelona man leave the club.

It is understood that Dos Santos could still make a move elsewhere though, with Stoke City and Bolton both still interested in the former Barcelona man.
