Spanish giants Real Madrid are tracking Corinthians midfielder Elias Mendes, sources close to Los Blancos scout Luis Pereira report this news.

Real Madrid scout Pereira was on the stands watching young Elias Mendes play against Sao Paulo in the Brazilian league match. Earlier reports suggested that Roma are interested in securing the signature of the talented midfielder.

Corinthians are set to sell the player to make money to sign Bayern Munich veteran Ze Roberto as his replacement.
