Everton close in on M'Bia

Everton have apparently now agreed a £6.5 million fee with Rennes for the signing of Cameroon midfielder Stephane M'Bia. A deal is expected to be completed in mid-July.

According to reports, Everton boss David Moyes has thrashed out terms with Rennes for the player who was very impressive in Ligue 1 last year.

Arsenal had also been tracking M'Bia, but a move to Merseyside is likely after Arsenal turned their attentions to Felipe Melo.
