Toure top of City shopping list
Arsenal defender Kolo Toure has become the primary transfer target of Manchester City this summer, after John Terry announced he had no intention of quitting Chelsea for the North. Toure is believed to be ready to discuss terms with City.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has reportedly told sources close to the club that Kolo Toure would be allowed to leave if the offer received was significant.
It is understood that Toure would be allowed to leave if the figure of 15 million GBP is matched for the Ivory Coast international.
City have already landed Emmanuel Adebayor from Arsenal this summer, and the Gunners have signed Thomas Vermalen already this summer, who could prove to be the successor to the Ivorian.
