Bent heading for Spurs exit door

Darren Bent is looking to quit Tottenham this summer, according to reports. It is believed that Sunderland are the club in pole position to land the striker. There is talk of a 14 million GBP fee for the frontman.
"Darren is looking to go but it's up to people to make the offer that we want," Redknapp said.
"He tucked some great chances away in pre-season and he will always score goals. He's a good player but I just want some balance and Crouchy would give us something different."
Bent has endured a difficult time at Tottenham since arriving from Charlton, but Sunderland have long been fans of the forward.
