Liverpool to sign Kenwyne Jones?

Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez could be set to sign Sunderland striker Kenwyne Jones on loan until the end of the season, according to reports. Birmingham have also been linked with the forward.

Jones has been consistently linked with moves away from the club, and Steve Bruce even last week announced to the press that the player would be staying at the club for now.

However, with talk of Liverpool ready to offer £500,000 for a six month loan, Sunderland are tempted to sell the Trinidad and Tobago international.
