Sunderland chase Luke Young

Sunderland boss Steve Bruce has made Luke Young a target. Sunderland failed in their efforts to land Alan Hutton and will turn their attentions to the Aston Villa man.

Luke Young himself is believed to be keen on a move away from the club after being told by Martin O'Neill that he is no longer needed at the club.

Young will head to the North East to discuss terms with Sunderland in early July after the two clubs agree a fee.
