Jorgensen trial at Liverpool

Teenage Brondby goalkeeper Nicolai Jorgensen has been handed a one-week trial by Liverpool. Jorgensen, 14, will arrive in England at the end of October for a week-long stay on Merseyside.

The Reds scouts have been impressed by the potential of the 14-year-old.

Revealing his delight at the chance of showing his talent to Rafa Benitez’s side, Jorgensen told Ekstra Bladet: "I am looking forward to the challenge.

"It will be a big experience to see how I cope with being compared to Englishmen of the same age."
