Liverpool near Charlie Adam move

Charlie Adam is expected to be arriving in Liverpool for talks on Monday to discuss a move from Blackpool to Anfield. Adam will join the Reds after an offer of £10 million was accepted.

It seems that Blackpool and Liverpool finally agreed on a £10 million fee plus a further £1 million dependent on performances.

Liverpool have already signed Jordan Henderson this summer, but Kenny Dalglish has insisted that there will be move players arriving.

Tottenham and Aston Villa were also interested, but it is Liverpool who have seemingly won the race for the Scotland international.
