Hazard will not join Arsenal

Eden Hazard the highly rated Belgian midfielder will not make a move for Liverpool or Arsenal, according to quotes from Lille boss Rudi Garcia.

Garcia said; "I am not sure he wants to leave. He knows his status here and at a large club there is much more uncertainty.

"He will also play in the Champions League here. Michel Seydoux has said he is non-transferable and that is the right approach. I would not understand selling one of our best players to PSG."
