Arsenal target Maximilian Arnold dreams of London move
Wolfsburg attacking midfielder Maximilian Arnold admits that he would like to leave the Bundesliga for a move to Arsenal, amidst reports of interest from Arsene Wenger's side this summer.
The player, who has been dubbed "the next Mesut Ozil", scored 7 goals in 28 league appearances last season and has struck up an impressive attacking midfield duo with former Chelsea man Kevin De Bruyne.
Arnold has heard of the Gunners' reported interest and told reporters this morning that he is happy to wait his chance at Wolfsburg for now, but dreams of an eventual move to a bigger team: "Of course the likes of Juventus and Arsenal are clubs you dream about as a child. But I am on just 36 Bundesliga appearances. If I was on 150, then it might be different. I am a player of Wolfsburg and I am happy to be a part of this team."
