Tottenham Hotspur enter Cristian Tello race
Tottenham Hotspur are the latest club to express interest in Barcelona winger Cristian Tello. The Spaniard is deemed surplus to requirements at Camp Nou.
Tello, 24, has spent the previous two seasons on loan at Fiorentina and Porto, and signs are he would be sold on a cut-price deal in the transfer window.
The likes of Liverpool and Southampton have been recently linked with moves for the Spain international, but according to The Mirror, Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is lining up a potential bid for the talented attacker.
Pochettino is thought to have kept a close eye of the player since his time in the Espanyol youth system.
Tello has appeared in 86 games for Barca till date, netting 20 goals in the process.
Spurs have already completed the signings of Vincent Janssen and Victor Wanyama from AZ Alkmaar and Southampton respectively this summer.
