Stoke City look set to make a move for Birmingham City striker Cameron Jerome before the end of the transfer window.

The striker has agreed personal terms with Stoke City and will travel today to discuss personal terms.



Stoke have already been linked with Peter Crouch and Nicklas Bendtner in the transfer window, but seem to have won the race for Jerome instead.
