Tottenham wont rule out Beckham switch

Tottenham won't rule out Beckham switch

09 October 2011 - 14:23

Spurs manager Harry Redknapp could turn to LA Galaxy midfielder David Beckham once the midfielder's contract expires in November. Redknapp admits that Beckham is still an option for Tottenham.

  • Chelsea defender on his way to Leeds United?
  • Chelsea ready to hand Nicolas Jackson fresh chance
  • Beckham spent time training with Spurs last year whilst the MLS season had come to a close.

QPR, Paris St Germain and Tottenham are the biggest three names linked with a move for the former England midfielder.

Harry Redknapp said: "I'm not aware of any agreement with David. I've always had the utmost admiration for him as a player and he's a fantastic role model.

"I wouldn't rule anything in or out. The biggest problem is accommodating him in the side because I have an abundance of riches in midfield."
