Arsenal are reportedly weighing up making an offer for £10m rated Lyon midfielder Hatem Ben Arfa. The youngster is considered one of the best young talents in his homeland and the 20 year old has already represented the international side.
The People says Ben Arfa, a favourite of Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger, would cost around £10m.
Hatem Ben Arfa has been at Lyon all of his young career, and has made a huge impression on French international boss Domenech who called him up ahead of David Trezeguet. Ben Arfa scored on his debut - so far his only cap for France.
