Galatasaray have emerged as surprise frontrunners to sign Chelsea's captain John Terry at the end of the season. In recent weeks, Terry has fallen out of favour as first choice centre back by Rafa Benitez.
The Turkish side have already signed Chelsea legend Didier Drogba and have been busy signing some of Europe's most experienced but top talent, as seen with their signing of Wesley Sneijder earlier in the year.
John Terry is known to be eager to reunite with former manager Jose Mourinho, who has been linked with a return to Stamford Bridge, but there still remains some question marks about Terry's long term future himself.
