Everton's out of favour striker Nikica Jelavic could be set for a move to West Ham. The Hammers are desperate to bring in a forward on loan and Jelavic's first team opportunities at Goodison appear limited.

With Kevin Mirallas his secondary striker now that Gerard Deulofeu has picked up an injury, Jelavic could be set for a move to Upton Park.Andy Carroll, who joined the Hammers last summer, has failed to recover from a serious injury leaving manager Sam Allardyce with no choice but to sign a temporary replacement.
