Chelsea have apparently been offered Brazilian striker Diego Costa as part of a swap deal for on-loan shot stopper Thibaut Courtois.
Atletico Madrid are believed to be keen on signing Thibaut Courtois on a permanent basis next season, following three successive loan spells at the club.
The Daily Star claims that Atletico have given the Blues two options-one of which comprises of a £16m fee paid for the Belgian goalie plus Spanish playmaker Koke, and the other being a payment of £8m plus Costa.
It will be interesting to see what manager Jose Mourinho decides to do come the summer transfer window, with Courtois said to be frustrated by the lack of first-team football at the West London outfit due to the reliability of the club's number one Petr Cech.
