Stoke City are on the verge of completing a move to sign Hannover forward Mame Biram Diouf. The forward had a spell playing for Manchester United three years ago.

  • Diouf has long been linked with a return to the Premier League side and is now set to link up with Mark Hughes at the Britannia Stadium.

    The 26-year-old Senegalese international striker is expected to move to Stoke City for a fee of around 5 million Euros.
