Arsenal are ready to make a mega-offer for Borussia Dortmund duo of Ilkay Gundogan and Mats Hummels, according to The Star.
The Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is understood to be keen on bolstering the club's defensive department during the winter transfer window, and considers Hummels as one of the his top transfer options.
Gundogan has also been linked with a move to the club in recent weeks, and The Star claims that the North London outfit are ready to test BVB's resolve with a bid of around £63m for the star pairing.
Arsenal play away at Manchester City in the Premier League on Sunday.
