Premier League strugglers Queens Park Rangers will be looking for a new manager, following Harry Redknapp's decision to step down from his role at Loftus Road.
The R's remain the only club in the Premier League not to register a point away from home.
According to The Guardian, the R's consider former Spurs boss Tim Sherwood as the number one candidate to replace Redknapp at the helm of things.
The report adds that chairman Tony Fernandes is hopeful that Sherwood's close connections with Les Ferdinand could help the club oversee his appointment.
Redknapp had earlier revealed that he quit the job due to an upcoming knee replacement surgery which could hamper his managerial duties at the London side.
