Arsenal are keen on signing up Bayer Leverkusen midfield sensation Hakan Calhanoglu in a deal which would see Lukas Podolski move the other way.
The £20m-rated Rurkish midfielder was linked with a switch to the Emirates during his time at Hamburger SV.
