Manchester City are eager to sign up French international Karim Benzema from Real Madrid this summer, according to a report.
The Citizens are expected to have a squad overhaul in the summer, with the likes of Samir Nasri, Gael Clichy, James Milner, Stevan Jovetic, Edin Dzeko among the big names expected to exit the Etihad.
According to Manchester Evening News, the Mancunian giants have identified the former Lyon star as a top transfer target for the summer.
The report adds that Los Blancos could offload the talented hitman, should the right offer come by.
