Arsenal will consider a move for Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel, should they fail in their pursuit of Chelsea's Petr Cech.
Cech is understood to be keen on remaining in London for next season, but the Blues boss Jose Mourinho is unlikely to commission his move to a league rival.
The Mail reports that the Gunners are resigned to losing the Czech international to Paris Saint-Germain unless the player pressurizes for a move to the Emirates.
It is added that the club will switch attention to Schmeichel, who has had an excellent season infront of goal for the Foxes this season.
