Manchester City could get their hands on Aston Villa skipper Fabian Delph for just £8m this summer.
The England international was one of the stand out performers for the Villains, as they finished 17th in the Premier League last term.
Goal.com claims that the 25-year-old could be on his way to the Etihad for a fee of around £8m due to a loop hole in the player's contract.
