Crystal Palace expect Spurs push for Bolasie

30 August 2015 - 14:26

Crystal Palace are bracing themselves for a late bid from Tottenham Hotspur for star winger Yannick Bolasie.

  • Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Fulham game

  • The Congolese footballer was one of the standout performers for the Eagles following manager Alan Pardew's arrival last season.

It has been speculated earlier this month that Spurs were in negotiations to sign the talented winger before he went on a compassionate leave.

The Star now reports that the Eagles expect Spurs to revive their interest in the 26-year-old, and come with a formal bid before Tuesday's transfer deadline.

Bolasie made an assist during his club's shocking 2-1 win over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
