The German coach is currently on a one-year sabbatical following a successful stint with Borussia Dortmund.

It had been recently speculated that Liverpool could turn to the 48-year-old. should they lose confidence in current boss Brendan Rodgers.

However, The Star claims that the Reds will miss out on Klopp, as he is set to takeover the managerial reigns at Bayern following Pep Guardiola's departure next summer.

On the other hand, The Mirror understands that Klopp has travelled to England to have talks with several English clubs over the head coach role.
