Manchester United are closing in on the services of Real Madrid attacker James Rodriguez. The Colombian is eager to pursue a fresh challenge over the summer.

According to Spanish source Don Balon, the player has been house hunting in Manchester ahead of a potential move to Old Trafford.

Real currently value their player at £60m, but United are hopeful of negotiating half the price.
The 24-year-old made just 17 league starts for the European champions last term.
