Everton defender John Stones has told the club's hierarchy to cash in on his services amid strong interest from Manchester City. The centre-back is also a transfer target for Chelsea.
The 22-year-old had been the subject of numerous bids from Chelsea last year, but the Toffees stood firm in their bid to keep hold of their asset.

Stones has appeared in 122 games for the Toffees since his move from Barnsley in 2013.
