Real Madrid are prepared to offer Alvaro Morata as makeweight in a proposed deal to sign Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard this summer.
The Belgian international has gone over his previous season disappointment, and his performances in recent times have helped the Blues move clear at the top of the table.
Antonio Conte's side currently hold a 10-point over both Spurs and Manchester City in the league standings, and a part of the credit must go to Hazard, who could be on course to be named the PFA Player of the Year title - for the second time in three seasons.
According to The Sun, the European champions are desperate to get their hands on Hazard in the summer, and they will seek to tempt the Blues by offering Morata as part of a player-plus-cash deal.
Morata, who is currently playing second fiddle to Karim Benzema, is said to be open to a fresh challenge outside out of La Liga, having failed to prove his credentials to manager Zinedine Zidane.
He is understood to be valued in the £60m range, but Chelsea could get him on the cheap, should they accept a negotiated sum for Hazard in the summer.
