  • The Belgium international has been in splendid form for the west London giants this campaign, and his tally of 11 assists and four assists in 26 outings have helped the Blues clinch an insurmountable lead in the Premier League.

According to Spanish publication OK Diario, the 26-year-old has asked compatriot Thibaut Courtois to help him out in the Spanish capital owing to the latter's family being situated in the city.

Courtois spent three seasons on loan with Atletico Madrid, and he has since opted to keep his family in Madrid despite returning to his parent club Chelsea.

Hazard is reported to be taking his Spanish lessons seriously, and it is understood that the Blues could propose to offload their attacker, should they receive James Rodriguez in exchange from Real Madrid.

Zinedine Zidane has always held a keen interest in Hazard since his Ligue 1 days, and he is prepared to make him the new 'Galactico' signing at the Bernabeu this summer.
