Juventus plan Renato Sanches approach

25 May 2017 - 06:12

Serie A holders Juventus are planning to offer an escape route to Renato Sanches just a year after he signed for Bayern Munich.

  • Chelsea to move for former Arsenal goalkeeper?
  • Former Chelsea boss to replace Erik ten Hag at Man Utd?

  • The 19-year-old has struggled to make himself a regular under Carlo Ancelotti this term despite his exploits for Portugal en route to their Euro 2016 triumph.

Sanches was handed just six appearances from the off during the 2016-17 season, but he has been promised to earn a more prominent role next term.

According to Corriere dello Sport, the Old Lady are looking to prise the attacker from the Allianz Arena following their recent signing of Mehdi Benatia from the same club.

It is added that Ancelotti could entertain the exit of Sanches alongside Douglas Costa as he has already made his plans for the summer transfer window.

Costa is another, who has faced a frustrating spell in Bavaria, and it is suggested that Juventus could make a potential triple swoop from the German champions.

Juventus will have their sights on celebrating on a historic treble next month when they take on holders Real Madrid in the Champions League final.
