Chelsea centre-back David Luiz has reportedly suffered a minor knock on his knee during a training session at the club's Cobham complex.
The Brazil international was surprisingly ousted from the matchday squad during Chelsea's 1-0 win over Manchester United last weekend, and shortly after, Conte appeared to question the defender's long-term future at Stamford Bridge.
Luiz now appears to have suffered an injury to add to the insult, and The Mirror released exclusive pictures of him clutching his right knee during a training session.
Andreas Christensen got the nod over Luiz in the previous outing versus United, and Antonio Conte could predictably with the Dane who did not allow Romelu Lukaku much room to work upon.
A recent report from The Gambling Times has linked with Luiz with a potential loan move to Paris Saint-Germain or Real Madrid in January, although any deal could be dependent on his gametime before the turn of the year.
