AC Milan are considering a move for Gonzalo Higuain if they fail to land Chelsea's Alvaro Morata, according to Mirror Football.
Morata has been linked with a move out of Stamford Bridge after failing to impress last season.
However, Milan could easily sign Higuain with the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo in Turin signalling a change in who will be Juve's main goalscorer.
Milan have had talks with the representatives of Morata about a possible transfer to the San Siro. It remains to be seen if a move will be completed eventually.
Chelsea signed Morata from Real Madrid for £60m in the summer of 2017. The former Juventus man look set to leave after just a year with the Blues.
Morata made 31 appearances in the Premier League last season, scoring 11 goals and bagging 6 assists.
Juventus' striker Mario Mandzukic has also been linked with a move away from the Serie A champions as they try to reshuffle the team to accommodate Ronaldo.
