  • Arsenal manager Unai Emery, who will be working on a limited budget this summer, is seeking a left-back and the Celtic star is seen a potential in bound transfer. Having played over 100 games for the Hoops, Tierney is already experienced at the highest level, since emerging on to the scene of the club's first-team squad in 2014.

Tierney has been an almost ever present in recent years for Celtic and it is understand that former coach at Celtic, Brendan Rodgers, is also considering a move for Tierney at his new club Leicester City. At international level, Tierney is often preferred to one of the world's best full-backs, Andrew Robertson of Liverpool, due to his versatility and ability to play in a more defensive role than Robertson.

Tierney can also operate at the right-back position.
