Juventus on the verge of signing Swedish star

According to Sky Sports, Juventus are closing in on the signing of Swedish prospect Dejan Kulusevski for a deal worth £37.3m.

  • The Serie A giants have fended off the transfer interests from Manchester United and Arsenal for the Atalanta star, who is set for his medical at Turin.

    The 19-year-old will remain with Parma, the club which he is currently spending his loan spell at, for the remainder of the season. He is reportedly set to sign a five year deal with the Bianconeri.

    Kulusevski became a revelation in the on-going Serie A season, bagging 4 goals and 7 assists in 17 matches for Parma. He is also the second most assists provider in the competition at the moment.

    The Swedish teenager is a versatile forward as he can play in the wings and also as a midfielder.

    The Old Lady are also linked with some prolific names in the January transfer window, which includes Premier League midfielders Christian Eriksen and Paul Pogba.

    Maurizio Sarri’s men are currently second in the Serie A table and will play against Cagliari on Monday.
