Arsenal are reportedly weighing up a big-money move to sign Diogo Jota from fellow Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers this summer.
The Spaniard had a slow beginning to the current campaign but he has recently picked up form with a string of excellent diplays for the west Midlands side.
Jota has contributed 12 goals in the Premier League and European games for Wolves this term but out of those, six have come from the previous five appearances in those competitions.
According to The Mail, the Gunners have been impressed with the recent displays from the former Atletico Madrid man and they are considering the possibility of a summer approach.
The north London side are still uncertain over Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's future with his contract expiring in 15 months' time and Jota could be a possible candidate to replace the Gabon international.
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is likely to part ways with a number of first-team players in the summer and that may include the likes of Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Mohamed Elneny and Dinos Mavropanos, who are out on loan.
