Kaboul to Portsmouth?

Kaboul to Portsmouth?

13 April 2008 - 09:27

Portsmouth could be ready to make a shock move for Tottenham defender Younes Kaboul. The French centre back has fallen out of favour at Spurs; where Juande Ramos prefers to play Ledley King and Jonathan Woodgate ahead of the Frenchman.

  • Chelsea quoted price to sign Igor Thiago
  • Chelsea make Joao Pedro transfer decision
  • Since joining from Auxerre for £7 million, Kaboul has failed to make an impression in the Premiership including several high profile errors.

However, Harry Redknapp would love to take Kaboul to Fratton Park to give him another chance in the Premiership. Many believe Kaboul has merely been unlucky at White Hart Lane.

Portsmouth could be set to offer the £7 million that Tottenham paid to Auxerre to take Kaboul down south.
