Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are keeping tabs on Real Madrid playmaker Isco, a report from Marca claims.

  • Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Fulham game

  • The Spain international has one year remaining on his contract, and he could be sold by Los Blancos in the coming weeks.

Isco was a regular when Carlo Ancelotti was previously the manager of Madrid, but it is unclear whether he remains in the Italian's plans.

Martin Odegaard, who was recently on loan with the Gunners, has been promised regular game time under Ancelotti next season.

This could pave the way for Isco's departure. Both Gunners are Spurs are long-term admirers of the former Valencia graduate.

The Gunners were linked with his services in January before they opted to sign Odegaard on a short-term loan contract.

They are eyeing a replacement for Odegaard, and Isco is reportedly an option. Spurs could go head-to-head for his services.

They are eager to improve their creativity. The club are unlikely to re-sign Gareth Bale while Erik Lamela could be offloaded.
