  • The Reds secured a 2-0 win over the Nerazzurri at San Siro last month, and they are in a strong position to progress to the next round.

Ahead of the Anfield meeting, manager Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that he does not have any injury concerns to deal with.

Thiago Alcantara picked up a minor muscle injury in the warm-up for the League Cup final, but he has now returned to training.

Meanwhile, Joel Matip is also available after a bout of illness while Roberto Firmino has overcome another hamstring injury.

The Brazilian sustained the setback in the reverse fixture against Inter, where he scored off the bench. He may not start again.

Diogo Jota appears likely to return to the starting line-up on Tuesday night. The Portuguese could come in the place of Luis Diaz.
