Arsenal are prepared to part ways with Nicolas Pepe amid his struggles over the past three campaigns.
The Ivorian joined the Gunners for a club-record £72m fee in 2019, and it was predicted that he would be a huge signing for them.
However, nothing of that sort has happened. He hardly played in the recent season, and now appears on his way out of the club.
Pepe has already instructed his agents to look for suitors, and football.london claims that the Gunners are also open to offloading him.
The Gunners are set to cut their losses on the former Lille man, considering they are unlikely to receive more than £25m for his services.
Arsenal finished a disappointing fifth in the recent campaign. They were pole position to qualify for the Champions League at one stage.
Despite the setback, the Gunners hierarchy are prepared to back manager Mikel Arteta with another big transfer kitty to reinforce the squad further.
