Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante could be sold during the summer transfer window against the wishes of manager Thomas Tuchel.
Kante had a below-par season with the Blues last term where he struggled with his form and consistency amid multiple injuries.
His current deal expires in the summer of 2023, and reports claim that the hierarchy are contemplating over his potential exit.
They are aware of the transfer interest from Manchester United, and could be tempted to sanction his sale if a suitable offer arrives.
Tuchel would ideally like to keep Kante with a long-term deal, but the board feel it could be their final chance to cash in on him.
Alongside Kante, Jorginho has also been linked with a summer exit. He has been long on the radar of Italian giants Juventus.
The Serie A giants are likely to make a fresh attempt, but he could end up staying if Kante is shown the exit door this summer.
