Liverpool and Manchester United face a difficult task on their hands to sign Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund next summer.
The teenager is currently regarded as one of the best young midfielders in world football and Dortmund seem reluctant to lose him.
According to The Athletic, both Liverpool and United are firm admirers of the 19-year-old, and they could make transfer bids next summer.
However, they are set to face a huge stumbling block in the pursuit with Dortmund said to value him at a staggering €150 million.
The Bundesliga giants are prepared to stay firm on their transfer valuation, thereby increasing their chances of keeping him further.
Bellingham's current deal with Dortmund expires in the summer of 2025, but talks are underway to commit him to a new long-term contract.
Dortmund don't want to lose another of their prized assets after Erling Haaland and Jadon Sancho, who left for Manchester City and United.
Bellingham has amassed 13 goals and 18 assists from 100 outings for Dortmund.
