Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has provided an injury update on Bukayo Saka following the 2-1 Champions League loss at Lens.
The Englishman provided an assist against the French outfit last night, but he was substituted midway through the first half with an injury.
The Gunners ended up suffering a 2-1 defeat on the road, but the main worry for the supporters will be the fitness situation of Saka.
Speaking after the game, Arteta said: "He tried to backheel the ball in the first half and felt something, it was something muscular and he was uncomfortable to carry on so we had to take him off."
Saka has suffered plenty of knocks in the current campaign, but he has shown tremendous recovery levels to return to action quickly.
He has featured in 83 straight Premier League games for the Gunners which is a club-record and it is left to be seen whether that run continues.
Arteta was concerned over his injury against Lens last night and he may require a late fitness test ahead of the game against Manchester City.
