Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has confirmed a double injury blow ahead of the Premier League clash against Fulham at the Emirates Stadium.
The Gunners are currently three points ahead of Manchester City at the top of the league standings, but the Cityzens have a game in hand.Hence, Arsenal can't afford any slipups and they must beat Fulham before the Cityzens take on Everton on the road on Monday night.
Ahead of the game, Arteta has revealed that Kai Havertz and Jurrien Timber are already ruled out of the London derby.
Havertz sustained an upper leg injury against Newcastle United and it was reported that the setback was a minor one.
In his absence, Viktor Gyokeres should continue to lead the line for the Gunners. He will be aiming to add to his 19-goal tally this term.
Cristhian Mosquera could start at right-back ahead of Ben White in the prolonged injury absence of Timber from the line-up.
